Unless I hear otherwise from faculty, administration, or students, I will phase this blog out by the middle of next week. I will not remove it entirely, but will post nothing new.

I know 5th Circuit went to Houston, but that's all I've seen. As we've seen, these situations sometimes bring out the worst in people,... As we've seen, these situations sometimes bring out the worst in people, and I've already got family members with custody issues, there's a concern as to the rights each parent has, and whether the non-domiciliary (can never spell that) can keep the domiciliary parent from disrupting the little stability to the child's life thats managed to be establish.

I also have my own (or rather my office's) clients and cases that were pending, I still haven't found my boss (Steven Psarellis). I realize everything's on hold, but especially with the custody issues. Our office was in Canal Place, and the last I heard about that was Saks 5th Ave. had a fire....

Along with those issues, there's a concern as to what happened with the July Bar exams. I know a few people that took it, and like everything else, rumors abound on the different blogs...

Any info available would be greatly appreciated.

We will be setting up a career services office somewhere here in Houston. Pam and her staff will be here to assist all Loyola students.

We will not be combining a fall and spring semester into the spring semester.

We will be setting up a financial aid office here and it will begin operation sometime next week.

All courses from other ABA approved schools will be eligible to count for credit at Loyola.

We will be offering sufficient courses for 3L civil and common law students to keep their graduation date on schedule.

Any Tulane student who wishes to participate in our program is very welcome. There will be no charge provided the student is registered at Tulane.
