"I Could Just Strangle You," Said The Teacher

nd now they can -- at least in the 11th Circuit.

Really, if waterboarding doesn't shock the conscience anymore, is it any surprise that a teacher strangling an 8th grader for not doing what she said isn't conscience shocking?
