What Makes A Person "Too Liberal" To Work for the Justice Department?
I
wasn't able to watch or listen to Monica Goodling's testimony today. But I'm very curious: after Ms. Goodling confessed that she had at times broken the law by considering the political leanings of job applicants for non-political Assistant U.S. Attorney positions, did anybody ask her what sorts of resumé items made a candidate too liberal to be hired?
I'd love to hear an answer to that question.
