"don't doubt the Florida judge's good intentions, but I thought that I was watching a poker game in someone's basement."

That's what retired federal appellate judge H. Lee Sarokin says about the recent televised courtroom proceedings about where Anna Nicole Smith should be buried.

Judge Sarokin is clearly a kind man. I can see why you enjoyed clerking for him Professor. In this case, it looks like he's being too kind.

According to Keith Olbermann the Judge is, literally, looking to get himself a Television show. If this story is true, the motivation becomes crystal clear.
