UNC Law Students: Blogging Pro Bono in New Orleans

U
NC law students are again doing pro bono work in New Orleans over the Christmas break. You can follow their adventures at their blog.

Nobody's making them spend their break this way. They're doing it out of their strong commitment to public service, a commitment that pervades the atmosphere here at UNC Law School.

So check them out ... and give them your support.

Prof. Muller-- Thanks so much for your support. We have been running on fumes for most of the days we have been here and have barely had time or energy to blog. But we're going to try to make up for it in the next few days and after we return home. While the work we are doing here is critical, it is even more critical that we, and others like us, continue to bear witness to the continuing impact of Katrina on the civil and criminal justice systems. Our blog can only begin to scratch the surface, but hopefully it will give your readers some sense of the legal system in the city, both pre- and post-storm. Thanks again.

This is exactly why I want to attend UNC School of Law.
