Next Week's Guest-Blogger
I
'm happy to announce that I'll be hosting Kermit Roosevelt as a guest-blogger here next week.
I'll have a post up on Sunday night introducing him more properly, but I thought I'd mention it today. He's an accomplished young legal scholar, and a novelist to boot. His first novel, "In the Shadow of the Law," comes out in paperback next week. Just in time to take to the beach!

I'm interested to read your opinion regarding the Hamdan decision. Specifically, does the decision represent a significant shift in the way the Court views wartime executive power, or do you think it be largely ignored by the administration?

Will Kim be ripping Michelle Malkin a new one as well? Because that would be great.
