Slogan: "Who Is Charlotte Simmons?"
Mascot: a gold dollar sign
Fight song: none - no team sports.

Clarification: what the BOG is doing is deciding whether or not to allow Founders College (Founders' College?) to establish a private college. Much more in this article from Inside Higher Ed 6/9/2006 .

The article covers the proposed campus in Maine as well as the one for North Carolina, although this article from the Durham Herald-Sun 6/13/2006 may signal a change in priorities.

Slogan: "Learn it for yourself."
Mascot: Atlas.
Fight Song: "Capitalism" by Oingo Boingo

It's even got a nifty chorus:
You're just a middle-class socialist brat
From a suburban family and you never really had to work
And now you're saying that you've got to get back
To the downtrodden workers
whoever they are
You talk talk talk and you've got nothing to say
Your mouth is bigger than your entire brain!

I'd say that makes for a GREAT fight song.
