I'm Guessing This Is An Email He Regrets Sending.
But who knows? Maybe a jury will look favorably on a desire to kill people and cut their skin off.

The full email is here. Apart from the obvious, the school should be embarrassed for his spelling.

This whole debacle is really jarring--but it was this email in particular that actually caused a visceral reaction in this not terribly naive reader. this case--a conflagration of race, economics, sex, sexual identity, the politics of privilege, in-group v. out-group psychology--is going to be a nightmare no matter what happens. and the poor girl... it's truly disgusting. If what is alleged did in fact happen, this state is in for a world of pain as the proceedings advance...

The lawyer for one of the other players actually said that this e-mail proves that the rape did not happen. My first thought was that he meant that, if a rape happened, no one would write something so reprehensible. Actually, the lawyer meant that the letter shows that the players felt they had been ripped off by the dancers showing up, dancing, taking the money, and LEAVING EARLY (before the time that the alleged rape occurred). Of course, I doubt the defense is going to use it for such purposes.
And this letter is pretty well guaranteed admissible if the author is prosecuted in the case.

"All in besides arch and tack please respond". I wonder who 'arch' and 'tack' are, and why they don't need to respond.
and 41 makes three...
