Civics Lesson, Wartime Version.
Q. How does a War Bill become a War Law?A. It all begins with the president, who submits a bill to the president. If a majority of both the president and the president approve the bill, then it passes on to the president, who may veto it or sign it into law. And even then the president can override himself with a two-thirds vote.

The person answering these piercing questions forgot one very important point.
No veto is necessary.
The president, in signing the bill he presented and approved by a bare majority, need only issue a Presidential signing statement explaining that he has no intention of following the new law insofar as doing so would interfere with his exercise of unitary executive authority under his Commander-in-Chief powers.
Now, there you have it all.

The post you link to is treasonous. In a time of war against an existential threat far greater than all the other enemies this Republic has ever faced, we can't afford to let the terrorists know the new rules by which we operate our government. These civis discussions should be put on hold until Our Leader has defeated Terror, driven Evil from the face of our planet, and restored balance to the Force.

Have no fear, oh ye of little faith! Administration has this ingenius, secret plan to eavesdrop on American citizens without obtaining a warrant during their private conversations with Auntie Fannie overseas in order to thwart future terrorist attacks, much like they prevented that 9/11 attack. Hear that, friends? That's deep slumber, there.
