New Year's Eve Dinner.
Allagash White and/or Lambic Raspberry.
Salad.
Sauteed green beans with a touch of Iron Chef sesame garlic sauce.
Homemade pasta (made with this nifty attachment to my Kitchenaid mixer).
Wine.
For dessert, Molten Chocolate Babycakes.
Yum.
Happy New Year!

I love the allagash white, it accentuates almost any food, and most of all your menu dessert. Did you have all of these last night? I think everythings superb! Deliciousa!

Finally received The Bread Bible for a holiday gift. Have made 3 breads so far, no major failures and 1 outstanding success. Great book.
