o derail his own indictment, Karl Rove is up late tonight urging President Bush to nominate Patrick Fitzgerald to the Supreme Court.

He would probably make a great justice. Maybe it would be worth the trade for the country. It's just so crazy it might work.

Fitzgerald is exactly the kind of person we NEED on the bench- even-handed, the puppet of no political party, strong background... Big Religion, the driving force behind the Republican Party, will never let that happen. Fitzgerald is too bi-partisan for them, they want one of their own.

Fitzgerald was my biggest worry. Now I see that A3G isn't the only one pushing for me, it makes me very happy.
