big blogger allows that he's "impressed" by the commitment to space exploration of an astronaut who did a 5 1/2-hour spacewalk and walked on the moon.

Now that's high praise "indeed."

Er, I meant his commitment to space education, you know. Otherwise the post wouldn't have made much sense, I agree.

But Buzz, though not averse to cashing in (he got royalties for "Buzz Lightyear" IIRC) puts a lot of his time into things that don't make him money, and that do a lot of good. That's what I was talking about.
