Libertarian On The Outside--But What's On The Inside?

I
n an article called "Behind the Jeffersonian Veneer" in the brand new print edition of Reason magazine, Cathy Young breaks through the faux-libertarian crust of Thomas E. Woods' "Politically Incorrect Guide to American History" and reveals the ugliness inside.

It's good reading. Unfortunately, it's not yet up on Reason online. So if you want to read it, you'll have to find it at a newsstand. When it's available online, I'll post a link here.

Sorry Professor, but as Ron Paul writes " Professor Woods heroically rescues real history from the politically correct memory hole. Every American should read this book."

Methinks Ron Paul's libertarian credentials are better than Cathy Young's or any of the Reason magazine hacks. After all, according the Reason editor Nick Gillepsie, libertarianism is about lifestyle. We are freer today because it's easier for an unmarried couple to check into a hotel. Okay. I think I understand.

Sorry "BillyRay," but Reason magazine is not "hack" writing. Maybe you should take a closer look.
